3.1 Age Limit

4.1 Deposit Methods and Limits

4.2 Withdrawal Conditions

To withdraw funds associated with a bonus, the relevant wagering requirements must be met (details are given in section 5). Identity verification on the account must be complete before making a withdrawal request.
Bonus and Promotion Terms
5.1 Welcome Bonus
New members at fa 99 receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. For example: if someone deposits ৳1,000 they will receive a ৳2,000 bonus and the total balance will be ৳3,000. However, to withdraw this bonus amount, the bonus must be wagered 20 times, meaning bets totalling ৳2,000 × 20 = ৳40,000 must be placed.
- The bonus applies once only and on the first deposit only.
- Winnings from the bonus cannot be withdrawn before the specified wagering requirements are met.
- fa 99 reserves the right to cancel the bonus if misuse is suspected.
5.2 VIP Cashback
The fa 99 VIP programme has five tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum and Diamond. The weekly cashback rate differs at each tier — up to 0.3% at Bronze, 0.6% at Silver, 0.9% at Gold, 1.2% at Platinum and 1.5% at Diamond. Example: a Gold tier member with a net loss of ৳20,000 in a week will receive ৳20,000 × 0.9% = ৳180 cashback.
Cashback is calculated based on weekly net loss (total losses minus total winnings). To reach a higher VIP tier, consistent active betting is required.
5.3 General Conditions for Promotional Offers
fa 99 reserves the right to change or cancel any promotion at any time. One promotion cannot be combined with another unless specifically permitted. The account must be verified and active to participate in promotions.
Betting and Gaming Rules
6.1 Bet Acceptance
Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled. In the event of a technical error or incorrect odds, fa 99 reserves the right to cancel or correct the relevant bet. fa 99 may request additional verification before accepting an unusually large bet.
6.2 Sports Betting
In sports betting, fa 99 publishes odds for various matches and events. Odds may change quickly during live betting. If an event is cancelled or postponed, the relevant bet is generally voided and the stake is refunded, though specific rules may vary depending on the type of sport.
- In a multi-bet, if one selection fails the entire bet is lost.
- Handicap and over/under bet results are determined by the final score at the end of the match.
- fa 99 is not responsible for bets lost due to internet connection issues.
6.3 Casino Games
The fa 99 casino section offers various types of games including slots, live casino, baccarat, roulette, Teen Patti and fishing games. Each game has its own rules. If a technical error occurs during a game, that round may be voided. Game results are determined by a Random Number Generator (RNG) and no one can interfere with them.
Prohibited Activities
7.1 Fraud and Cheating
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the fa 99 platform and may result in account closure and legal action:
- Creating multiple accounts to take advantage of bonuses.
- Registering using another person's identity.
- Attempting to influence the outcome of bets.
- Using hacking, malware or automated software.

7.2 Bonus Abuse
Placing opposing bets or using low-risk strategies to meet wagering requirements will be considered bonus abuse. If fa 99 detects such activity, it reserves the right to cancel the bonus and any associated winnings.
Account Suspension and Closure Rules
8.1 Closure by fa 99
fa 99 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account for investigation in the following circumstances:
- Violation of any provision of these Terms.
- Providing false information during identity verification.
- The account remaining inactive for an extended period.
- On the order of a court or law enforcement agency.
- Detection of unusual or suspicious activity on the account.
If there is a valid withdrawable balance before the account is closed, the process for recovering it can be completed through the support team.
8.2 Closure by the User
